What is online Training?
Online training offered by ABC Courses are bite sized interactive courses upto 2 hours in duration. ABC Courses subscriptions are perfect for training in your home, your office or remote locations. In fact, ABC Courses are perfect for modern working practices. ABC Courses are available to use in any location where you have internet access.
Can anyone take an online course?
ABC courses are open to anyone with internet access anywhere in the world.
What are the minimum system requirements needed to run an online course?
Any system or device that can access the Internet will work. An application to handle Word DOC and Abobe PDF files is advised, however most devices that can access the Internet will have software to support these file types.
Can I access the online courses using Firefox/Safari/Opera/Chrome etc?
Yes, ABC Courses are easily accessible through all major browsers: they're low in graphics and high in substance, the format and interface makes it ideal for those on the move and short on time.
Can I download the course notes?
Yes the course notes can be downloaded and printed if required, although we do ask you to consider the environmental implications of excessive printing.
What do I do if I run into a technical problem?
ABC Courses has been running 24/7 for over 5 years and our seamless package has meant that technical problems are extremely rare. However, if there is something which could improve your experience please email us to let us know.
Will I need to buy and download additional software?
No absolutely not.
How do I get my CPD certificate?
Simply complete the course and the bespoke CPD certificate will be produced at the end to demonstrate that the course has been completed.

What levels of subscription are there?
Currently there are 2 levels of subscription; unlimited access to 1 learning domain for just £99 per year or unlimited access to all learning domains currently £189 per year.
